Worked as part of the Recruitment and retention team within the Snyder Fire Department to design and develop new strategies for membership recruitment, including creating the Snyder Fire Department Duty Shift Program in collaboration with various stakeholders.
The process was managed from conception to implementation with a focus on delivering a sustainable product for the Fire Department - an effective program designed to recruit new volunteer Members wh can volunteer when their busy schedules allow, changing the narrative of always having to be ready or living in the primary district.
